Director & Bhutan Travel Guide
[dropcap]Pema[/dropcap] was born into a lineage of Dharma, her father being a yogi or Ngakpa who spent most of his life in solitary meditation retreat. She herself has maintained his devotion and deep connection to the Buddhist path, while living in the world with joy and integrity.
After completing her college training in her home area of Eastern Bhutan (TashiYangtse) she worked in Human Resources and customer service for several years, her natural warmth and personability serving her well.
Returning to Bhutan, she undertook the training as a tour guide, coming first in her class, and finding popularity with Indian and Western tourists alike. Realizing her dream of having her own Tour Company, she is now able to bring together her spiritual background, strong Buddhist faith, and love of showing visitors the true depth of her native land.
